"I really do like my Miele machine..."
I really do like my Miele machine, and the site does have parts listed, so that part was okay. But actually finding the exact one I needed was more frustrating than I expected. Some stuff was out of stock too, and it wasn’t very clear when it would be available again.
They did help me in the end, but it took longer than I hoped. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as easy or smooth as I’d expect from a brand like this. Three stars feels about right.

"I’ve had my Miele for a little while..."
I’ve had my Miele for a little while now, and keeping up with the maintenance has been way easier than I expected.
The reminders are actually helpful because they tell me when to clean the filter or check something, so I’m not just guessing or waiting until there’s a problem. letting that stuff build up feels totally preventable when the machine basically tells you what it needs.
I also like that parts are easy enough to find on the site. It’s not a big chore at all, just a little upkeep here and there, and it keeps running really well

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Miele USA the shipping was quick. I kept checking the tracking probably more than I needed to because I’m impatient and had a busy week coming up, but it updated fine the whole time. The box arrived in good shape, too. It did show up one day later than the first estimate, but I can’t really complain since I wasn’t in a huge rush anyway. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery went.

The return went through in the end, but it felt a lot slower than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of frustrating waiting longer than I thought I would. Has anyone else had the same issue with returns taking a while?

"Drying works better than I expected"
I thought I’d be pulling out slightly damp towels, especially the thick bath ones, but they’ve been coming out completely dry. Jeans and heavier sweatshirts have been the same way too — ready to fold right away instead of needing another 20 minutes like with my old dryer.
One thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t seem to overheat or make everything feel baked. It took me a few loads to figure out which settings worked best, but now it’s simple, and I don’t really have to think about it much.

"Smart Features Were a Letdown"
I was hoping the smart features would be better, but they’re just kind of okay. The app does connect sometimes, but the alerts are often delayed, which is really frustrating. Setup was more annoying than I expected too. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed.

"Lower bill than I expected"
I bought a Miele washer last year, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. It does seem to use less water and electricity than my old one, my electric bill went down a little, not a huge amount, but enough that I noticed. It also runs quietly, which is a nice bonus. It wasn’t cheap, but so far it’s been a solid purchase.

"The Miele technician showed up on time and..."
The Miele technician showed up on time and was really professional. He talked me through what he was checking without getting too technical, which I appreciated because sometimes with appliance repairs you just kind of... Anyway, he was careful around my kitchen, fixed the issue fairly quickly, and cleaned everything up before leaving. He was also a nice guy and easy to chat with. Overall, it was a very good service visit.

"Quiet machine, but the experience wasn’t perfect"
I’ll give it credit where it’s due: this machine is really quiet. I can run it at night and barely notice it, which is my favorite thing about it. That said, for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a little more polished. Setup was more annoying than I thought it would be, and when I contacted support, the replies took a while. They basically said something like, “Try restarting it and double-check the setup steps,” which was fine, but not super helpful. Overall, it’s not a bad machine, just not as amazing as I hoped it would be.

I do like my Miele appliance overall, so no complaints there... but the warranty felt a little limited considering the price. Customer service was helpful enough and explained what was covered, but I still ended up paying for something I thought would’ve been included. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of frustrating. For a premium brand, I guess I expected the warranty to go a bit further...

I’ve been really happy with this dishwasher so far. It’s quiet, the dishes come out clean every time, and I’m not seeing any weird spots or residue. that’s what you want in a dishwasher, right?

"Good repair, just a bit of a wait"
Had my Miele washer fixed last week it went well. Relief.
The tech seemed to really know his stuff and explained what was wrong in a way I could actually understand. He also had the part with him, which was great, and the washer has been running fine since. Nice.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the appointment window was long, and they showed up close to the end of it. Annoying. But the actual repair service was solid...

"The suction is no joke"
I was surprised by how strong the suction is. It picks up dog hair way better than my old vacuum ever did, and with a shedding dog in the house, that’s saying something. I kind of wish I’d switched sooner, because vacuuming feels a lot less frustrating now.
